OWN COOKIES IN USE:

The following cookies, among others, have been allowed when visiting this website:

WHY DO WE NEED YOUR EXPLICIT CONSENT TO USE COOKIES?

Due to the judgment of the Court of Justice of the European Union, dated October 1, 2019, and the AEPD's Guide on the use of cookies, dated July 2020, and the European Commission. The judgment of the Court of Justice of the European Union on October 1, 2019, must be interpreted to mean that valid consent is not given when the storage of information or access to information already stored on the user's terminal equipment through cookies is authorized by default via a "Check" marked, which the user will have to withdraw if they want to reject its use. Authorization must be based on explicit consent through a Check for acceptance, a Check for rejection by the user, and a Check for more information about the cookies used. This interpretation cannot vary depending on whether the information stored or consulted on the user's terminal on a website contains personal data or not.

The Court of Justice of the European Union also states in this judgment that the information that the service provider must provide to the user of a website on the internet must include the time during which the cookies will remain active and the possibility that third parties may access the information they store. This requirement is established by the amended version of Directive 2009/136, which amends Article 5(3) of Directive 2002/58/EC, and by the AEPD's Guide from July 2020. Regarding the possibility for the user to reject the use of cookies, it should be noted that if the user rejects navigation cookies on the website, we will not be able to maintain their preferences, some features of the pages will not be operational, we will not be able to offer personalized services, and every time they navigate our website, we will have to request their authorization for the use of cookies again. If, nevertheless, you decide to modify the configuration of your access to the website, you should know that it is possible to delete cookies or prevent this information from being recorded on your device at any time by modifying your browser's settings.
